While it is very important to us that each order is shipped exactly how the customer ordered it, sometimes there are mistakes. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with any discrepancies.
We will issue a call tag and will do our best to make sure that the order is right and the customer is satisfied.
However, we cannot refund or replace product unless it was our mistake. We also cannot refund for product that arrives back to us in "unsellable" condition. (ie. bent, dirty, wet..etc.) unless you get prior written approval
